Robson Walsh have been engaged by Notting Hill Housing as Lead Consultants in a small Framework to prepare tendered documentation, consultants framework agreements, specifications and tender a long term package to purchase properties in London suburbs for relocation purposes.

Initially there are approximately 200 properties involved over a 2 year term.


As Lead Consultants we have given guidance on a standard specification / schedule of rates to be used by ourselves and other Surveyors. Tendered schemes to contractors and given general advice on achievable standards, products and finishes.

We have prepared and manage the consultant project Procedure Guides as well as the performance management system.

Individual houses are fully surveyed prior to purchase and standard feasibilities provided. We then provide project management for the construction process through to handover.


Typically properties are 3 and 4 bedroom houses in need of partial refurbishment such as new kitchens, bathrooms, upgrading or replacement of heating, electrical services as well as redecoration and general repairs. Schedules are tailored to each individual property utilising in house generated schedule of rates.


This is an ongoing project. We have managed a successful pilot scheme and now proceeding with the main contract with Lot areas managed by ourselves and other consultants.

The process has been working very well with properties delivered to a high standard at economic cost. Financial control has been tight with all properties delivered within available funds.

We continue to monitor contractors and consultants performance throughout the term of the commission.
