Complete internal refit as well as major external refurbishment; including new windows, brickwork repairs, parapet reconstruction, complete new roof and upgrading and enclosure of existing external fire escape stairs.
Complete new services including lift and upgrading/renewal of incoming mains.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
A hugely successful scheme carried out on behalf of one of our major clients. The brief was to develop two floors above shops into 24 No. flats to HCA Standards, where there was only a leasehold interest with restricted access. Robson Walsh LLP successfully managed the complex negotiations with the Adjoining Owners regarding scaffold licences, means of access, arranging drainage through the shops below, including a bank and a jewellers, as well as Party Wall matters.
The scheme was delivered on time and within budget, without major incidents or any claims and passed with flying colours an HCA audit.
This project is a good example of our multi disciplined approach to complex construction; providing a range of services which greatly assisted our clients to ensure a successful development on a challenging inner London site.
In addition, during the defects period our Aftercare Management ensured a small number of matters were attended to by the contractor efficiently and quickly.
