A long running programme managed and designed wholly by Robson Walsh LLP. Our comprehensive service ensures smooth transition through the various Planning, Building Regulation and other Statutory Requirements, as well as neighbourly matters such as Party Walls Legislation.
To obtain best value these schemes have been regularly tendered or renegotiated.
As with all our major works we have bespoke procedure guides in place for contractors to follow whilst working around tenants, to ensure quality, cost control and customer satisfaction.
Many of the schemes are typically in GHG’s traditional areas of North Paddington and Maida Vale, which incorporates large numbers of properties in conservation areas, some of which are listed.
We are proud of our record for running the scheme long term without any major incidents; either in costs, design, quality and most importantly, health and safety.
