COMMISSION:

An internal and external refurbishment of a three bedroom property in North London. The property had been vacant for a number of years and had fallen in to disrepair.

The client wished to carry out a full refurbishment of the property for market rental.

Robson Walsh was initially commissioned to carry out a full building survey of the property and prepare budget costs for the refurbishment.

Subsequently Robson Walsh were commissioned to Project Manage the refurbishment including preparing specifications and tendering, design and contract administration/management of the works.
