WORKS
Robson Walsh have been commissioned as Building Surveyors to refurbish 3 blocks of flats for market rent. Works include external repairs and redecoration together with replacement windows and improvement to entrances for greater security. Interiors of all units are being completely stripped and refurbished with replacement of all services, finishing’s and alike to achieve full market rent.
PROJECT:
In conjunction with our clients we have designed and proposed a scheme to refurbish the properties at economic costs to achieve a high rental income with a fast track construction process.
An unused communal building has been redesigned to provide an additional studio flat.
The scheme was tendered to framework contractors and subject to negotiations to achieve a viable economic contract for our clients.
The scheme is currently on site and expected completion in January 2014.
